Public procurement
Egerszegi Law Office is a registered member of the Official Registry of Public Procurement Advisors, and provides public procurement advice for local governments, non-profit companies and central budgetary organs.
Our office is entitled to give public procurement advice in all the categories classified by the relevant legal rules:
1. general public procurement advice (full-scale management of public procurement matters not reaching the EU value-limit, as a part of attorney-at-law's activity),
2. official public procurement advice (full-scale management of public procurement matters exceeding the EU value-limit, to which the assignment of an official public procurement advisor is obligatory).
