- The purchase and sale of company shares and all documents therein
- The preparation of syndicate contracts;
- The preparation of all internal documents (operative rules, ethical codes, Supervisory Board functions, etc.);
- The preparation of all necessary documents pertaining to any changes regarding ownership, data, or mission statements dealt with at association and/or board meetings, supervisory agendas, etc.;
- The submission of all documents and paperwork to the State Registry of Companies, to the State Supervisory Authority of Financial Organizations, and/or to KELER as necessary;
- Due Diligence (legal transparency test) of any given company
- The assessment of the viability of all purchase offers of company equity slated for privatization or buy-out;
- The preparation of statement of intentions;
- Equity ownership transfers and all documents therein;
- The preparation of all other associated documents that may be necessary to complete any company changes, transfers, restructuring, or settlements.
Egerszegi Law Office has completed such transactions for numerous business entities operating in Hungary and acted as legal advisor for the same. As legal advisor, the law office’s assignments include:
- The assessment of all decision making drafts and any documents pertaining to restructuring;
- The preparation of all ownership decisions pertaining to restructuring;
- The preparation of all contractual documents and documents pertaining to mergers and or company splits;
