Clients of the Egerszegi Law Office are primarily actors of the business sector, hence our activity focuses primarily on the legal challenges associated with this sector. At the same time, we also service a private clientele to help resolve their legal challenges and issues. These are typically general civil law issues, such as:
- preparation of contracts (allowances, debt transfer, sales contracts, gifts and exchanges, emergency loans, loan agreements, shipping, general contractors, lease agreements, legal authorization, transport issues, security and safekeeping, construction, etc.),
- depository/safekeeping,
- wills, testaments, and contracts associated therein,
- handling of legal conflicts through mediation and legal arbitration procedures.
