Egerszegi Law Office have provided legal representation services in factoring matters for several banks, and for a public limited company engaged as a main activity in the sale-purchase of financial claims on the basis of a licence from the State Surveillance of Financial Organisations (PSZÁF) our office have provided the following services: management of corporate-law matters, management of licensing procedures before ÁPTF (former PSZÁF) and PSZÁF, preparation of claim assignment contracts for the sale-purchase of financial claims, legal representation in the course of direct court collection, litigation and execution procedures aiming the collection of their claims.
Egerszegi Law Office provides legal background for factoring and leasing operations, also prepares and gives legal opinion on contracts concerning project- and refinancing, and guarantee contracts.
